ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This statement was last updated on October 6, 2025.
We, at the Law Firm of Nicole S. Klapka, P.A. are committed to allowing seamless, accessible, and unhindered use of our services for all individuals. We have taken, and continue to take, reasonable steps to ensure that this is also the case for those individuals with disabilities which may make it more challenging to access information using technology.
We endeavor to provide accessibility and continue our efforts to constantly and consistently improve the accessibility of our website and services with the understanding that we are all best served when we work together to ensure everyone has access to the legal representation that they may need at any time.
We understand that we do not know everything and there may be new technologies that emerge that cannot seamlessly work with the technology we use. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on our website fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution yet.
We do not wish for this, or anything else, to act as a barrier for any person to obtain the legal representation they need. We ask that anyone who finds this to be an issue, whether they face any disability of any kind or not, let us know of these issues immediately so that we may address them.
